Positive: Really nice location with great view to a river. Complete breakfast with good options cooked on the moment.

Negative: Room temperature a bit bellow ideal. Room had some stairs from door and restroom to room that where not ideal when waking up at night.

Positive: The location is quite calm, at the outskirts of the city. While the hotel is located near the river, we had no issues with insects, even without window nets. All city-center, dam, and Svatý Kopeček are within walking distance. The parking lot right under the hotel rooms ("behind the hotel" if you will) is mostly large enough + there is another parking lot a few meters "before" the hotel – using a vehicle for traveling to/from the hotel seems most reasonable (due to the relatively small size of Kadaň itself and consequent need for trips to site outside its municipality). Rooms are well thought through, clean, good for even prolonged stays (can imagine spending up to about a week and a half), and in the case of an apartment, luxuriously spacious (for 2 people). Breakfast might not be excellent, but they were not bad either – "better than average" and "good" when compared to similarly priced options I have experience with. We have not tried the hotel restaurant in the evenings. I liked the city and its surroundings, and if I have an opportunity to visit it again, I'm quite likely to stay in this very hotel.

Negative: The rooms on the top floor could use air-conditioning or other means of cooling. While the hotel has "wellness & spa" in the name, these are only accessible between October and May. I would welcome slightly better quality of food served by the cook during breakfast.
