Positive: Really nice,modern,big apartment and it was also super we could use the services of the hotel next to it
Negative: Lack of information : -There is no sign where to find the resort,we could only identify it based on the pictures. Nothing is written outside of the resort -The owner does not speak any English, no use to call him,when you have a problem - There is no reception in the resort itself, you can have your keys at the hotel next to it, but there was no information sent about this prior to the arrival,we were running around for finding the entrance/the reception,without any help until finally I went in to the hotel to ask,if by chance they know where the reception of the resort is,and that s when it turned out,we will get the keys at the hotel reception - no information about the tunnel between the resort and the hotel - nothing is written in English - no willingness from the hotel receptionist to help me as the resort has an other owner,which is understandable,but the owner does not speak English,you don t see him at all, pretty hard to communicate,and you feel a little bit abandon between the 2 sides Anyway, the only thing that would have been nice to have is a bit of English information prior the arrival explaining evertyhing,how the cooperation between the hotel and the resort works (reception,keys,wellness,tunnel,etc),if we would have had this,I would have given 10/10
