Brand new modern inspired cabin situated along M22 between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. This custom-built one of a kind cabin offers sunrise views over West Harbor Bay and private beach access. Minutes from the best wineries and restaurants the north has to offer.
The bright interior and vaulted ceilings create a warm space to gather. Sip coffee at the hand crafted breakfast nook or enjoy the sunshine on the 800sqft deck on both the front and back of the house. The cabin sleeps 6-8 (we recommend 6 to sleep comfortably) and offers unique built in beds and outdoor shower for a rinse after a long day at the beach.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed the month I stayed here, having friends and family for visits throughout. The house is well stocked with everything and all of the amenities are wonderful (two fire pits, lovely seating/dining area on front porch, comfy beach lounge chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, etc). The house is centrally located on Leelanau Peninsula so getting around is easy and you can visit many different places under an hour away. I highly recommend staying here as long as you don't interfere with when I want to return!

Summary: My family of 4 had an absolutely lovely stay at the modern cabin. The house is - put simply - PERFECT. The open-concept nature of the living space made it easy for us to spend valuable family time together. My kids LOVED the upstairs loft and made it their own little 'apartment' :) The beds are incredibly comfortable and the furnishings are high-end. The kitchen had everything we needed. The homeowner has done a great job at design and decor - the home looks like it came from a catalogue! We LOVED the private beach, which was easily-accessed by a quick crossing of M-22. The homeowner included paddleboards and kayaks, which were a ton of fun. Location-wise, the cabin is an extremely easy drive to all that Traverse City has to offer. We were thrilled with the amount of restaurants and activities we could easily-access. (Try Farm Club!! One of our favs :)) Only small thing to note is because the cabin and private beach are located on the M-22, the road noise can be significant. Not a problem for us since we are originally from Chicago (we're used to it!), but for those that are looking for or are accustomed to a quieter environment, you may want to look off of M-22. Altogether a wonderful stay!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the M22 Cabin! The space was very clean and slept 2 families of 4 comfortably. Amenities were great including ample outdoor seating, fire pit, grill, and outdoor shower! We were also pleasantly suprised by the beach. It was beautiful, spacious, and included beach chairs an additional fire pit and kayaks/paddle boards for use! Owners also very gracious and easy to contact if needed! Would love to stay here again!

Summary: Our group consisted of grandparents , kids and grandkids. The house was very clean and well organized. We had one rainy morning and the grandkids loved playing with the blocks that were in the upstairs bedroom. We also used the kayaks located on the beach. The house has a great location - close to the bike trail, sleeping bear dunes, and centrally located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City.

Summary: The positives are to many to list. The property was beautifully decorated. There were small details that could of been better but overall we enjoyed are stay. And would definitely consider staying again.

Summary: We loved staying here! The house was spotless and came equipped with everything we needed and more! So nicely decorated. The private beach was amazing, again equipped with so much to use- kayaks, paddle boards, sand toys, a fire pit. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. We had a small issue with the plumbing and they sent a plumber out very quickly. Very happy with our stay, would love to come back!

Summary: We all loved our time at the cabin, and were sad to leave. The cabin is cozy and has everything you could need for a vacation. We spent a lot of our time at the private beach that was well equipped with chairs, fire pits, kayaks and SUPs. We hope to return soon!

Summary: We stayed here during our first family trip Up North with our 8 month old. To start, the house is gorgeous. 2 bedrooms and a loft with a queen and twin beds. The house is beautifully designed and decorated. You can wake up and see the water! Right across M22 is the private beach. It is an amazing retreat! We spent most of our time on the beach. There are kayaks and paddleboards to use, bonfire pit and chairs by the beach. Behind the house they have a outdoor shower to wash off. The house is also situated in the perfect place to head to downtown Traverse or up to the many wineries 5-10 minutes north of the house. It’s perfect for a family or two and some kids to spend the weekend up north!

Summary: We had the most amazing relaxing week staying here! It was so perfect! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The beach and fire pits were our favorite places to spend time. And the location is close to wineries and not far from downtown TC. Can't wait to stay here again!
