Summary: As with most hotel experiences, there are positives and negatives to West Park. The staff are great. They are friendly and welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was a little cramped but very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had 2 out of 3 good nights sleep. The furniture is a little tired but clean and serviceable. The EnSite shower room was also a little small. There was some mould in the grout in the shower cubicle and the electric shower was rather temperamental. There was little road noise at night, which is a boon considering how close it is to the Great Western Road but the sound proofing between the bedroom and both the corridor outside and the bedroom adjacent was disappointing. I had one bad night thanks to a Scotsman in the next bedroom talking loudly until 1.00 am. The charge for this hotel was quite modest considering its convenient city fringe location and overall, it was reasonably good value for money. I would consider staying here again.

Summary: stopover on the way back from the NC500. 2 adults a 14year old and a dog. Staff very accommodating, Clean but dated room, but for the price we were very pleased

Summary: what a lovely stay all staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are clean and tidy and hotel looked and Smelt very clean. Will definitely be returning to stay again when We come up to see our family. Thanks again to all staff for making our stay the best they could.
