Positive: Room will clean every day, the best thing of this hotel is that you just cross the road and you will be in the best part of the bikini beach, I went in this hotel 3 times and I will go again

Positive: The location is superior, right on the bikini beach with a beautiful reef. Huge room, good amenities. They clean up deep every day and provide clean beach towels every night. Cleanliness is 10/10. The nepalese staff is great, very friendly, very good work ethic. You can rent snorkeling gear with a BIG discount. They arranged our transfers. Bed was comfy. There's AC in the room. Internet is good.
Negative: Price-wise the more expensive rooms don't seem that much better than the cheaper ones. It's very hard to find the manager in the hotel. When you book a tour or service you should always be there early because nobody waits for you - this happened to us twice. First, we were 1-2 min late to go to the lobby for a tour pick up and the group had already left without us. They arranged for us to go with another group after we made it a problem. The second time was for the check out and transfer to the ferry. We were told to be at the lobby at a certain time and we were there exactly at the time and guess what - the group had already left without us. And the staff was annoyed saying we were not on time... but we were, actually! Another negative thing was there were huge wasps living on the balcony, so we could never use it (I'm allergic), one day we found a dead wasp inside, maybe it's our fault that we didn't report it but we figured the staff already knows because they are in the room every day. The restaurant is mediocre, the breakfast is not that rich, definitely not worth 15eur compared to the other places on the island.

Positive: Right on the beach- west side of the island, so nice for the sunset
Negative: They could make more effort with the beach, given that it is probably their best asset- tidy up the foliage, improve the beach furniture and arrange it properly

Positive: Friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room with balcony jacuzzi bath. Rustic, relaxed place to stay directly on beach. Decent breakfast and evening meal choice. Boat transfers arranged for us , no need to worry about anything. Would definitely recommend 👌
