ABOUT THE KOTTAGE ON KENYON
We are happy to welcome you to the Kottage on Kenyon. The open-concept floor plan allows room for entertaining and gives a spacious feel to the 500 square foot Kottage.
In the living room, you’ll find a sofa (that turns into a queen size bed), sleeper sofa and 43 inch smart TV. In the bedroom, the queen size Murphy Bed can be opened at nighttime for sleeping and put away during the day to make room for entertaining. Kitchen has seating for 4, and all appliances included. The highlight of the Kottage can be seen when you exit the back door and enter the oasis. In the oasis, you will feel like you are the only people on earth! Landscaped with plants, a gazebo, water fountain, and plenty of seating, you may find yourself gravitating toward this area for your morning coffee or a nightcap. Propane grill and gas firepit is available for guest usage. On rainy days and cold nights you can stay occupied with board games and complimentary WiFi. The Kottage is located just a 2 minute car ride from the lively Fauntleroy Junction, where you'll find bars and restaurants and the renowned Lincoln Park. Whether you are looking for a quiet secluded location, or seek entertainment, the Kottage on Kenyon is your go-to get away location!

Summary: My wife and kids stayed for a sports tournament weekend. The cottage was a comfy home away from home and afforded such peaceful nights of sleep! We even enjoyed a family board game session. Great place...and the shower is small...but makes up for it with a great showerhead and lots if hot water! Thsnjs hists!

Summary: Good space for two people, it was a friend and myself utilizing the Murphy bed and pull out couch and both were comfortable. You could fit four people in there but it would be very close quarters. Bathroom was good if a smaller person, the shower is a small standup and anyone over 6 foot will see over the top of the shower, also someone wide would not fit. The only concern was the electric and being worried we might overload the outlets, we did not and there was great instructions on how to find the breaker box if you do but still was a little bit of a worry. Place had a fully stocked kitchen, nice fridge, clean, good WiFi, and easy parking.

Summary: This is a very cute and pretty private cottage in a great location. We loved the back patio! The bed was totally comfortable and everything was clean. The shower is on the small side but that was not an issue for us. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Summary: As promised, the backyard space with fire pit and solace was perfect after a hard day of being a tourist. The location was perfect for us, off the beaten path and so near to all the joy of Alki beach area. We took the water taxi twice, just for fun!
