3 Bedroom House in West Tisbury

We have an updated bathroom, newer flooring, updated bedding, freshly painted, new dining table and chairs, new kitchen lighting fixture, new window treatments with cordless and room darkening blinds, new washing and dryer machines, new gas grill and more! Our home is located on a private road, nestled within a pine and oak grove. This location offers both quiet and convenience to town, beaches and attractions. Directly across from the entrance to our road is an entrance to the island bike path. The paved bike path runs all through the state forest and is perfect for that morning run, leisurely bike ride or a peaceful evening walk. Tennis courts are located just down the road. The large deck has a picnic table that seats 8, perfect for al fresco dining! There are also comfortable deck chairs for lounging. The large yard is perfect for a game of kickball, Volleyball, resting in the hammock or just bird watching. The house has an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling, newer kitchen, washer & dryer and an additional outdoor shower. The downstairs has 1 full bath, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 dressers and another bedroom with a queen futon, dresser and a flat screen TV. Upstairs is a 3rd bedroom with 3 twin beds perfect for kids. The main living room has a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player. WiFi is also included in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an new extendable table (with a built-in leaf) that will seat 6. There is a Weber charcoal grill and Char Broil gas grill available for use as well. 12 minutes from Vineyard Haven and ferry. Flexible arrangements are available to accommodate ferry reservation availability. Be on the lookout for the wild turkeys that roam the island. They are wonderful to see. Summary: The house was quaint. It was fully stocked with everything you needed. Spacious enough that we were not on top of each other. My parents enjoyed sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee and tea. Nice and private. There was a smell. I think it’s mildew. That was the only concern but we kept the A.C running, That kinda masked it. Other then that it was great.

Summary: Darla was beyond helpful with making our family vacation everything we had hoped for. The home was charming, conveniently located and had everything our family needed for our stay. We enjoyed the great location of the bike/ walking trail directly across the street from the house. Loved the farmers market, great restaurants with vegan choices close by. Most of all, the open space in her home had plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed the beaches, cookout's and beautiful sunsets as well. It was a nice relaxing vacation, just what we needed! Summary: My family has been visiting the Vineyard for the past 8 years and were lucky to book this home for 2022. It is affordable and nicely sized for a family of 3. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful, and the home has been well-maintained and was very clean. We'd definitely rent this home again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Darlas property in West Tisbury. The property has a gorgeous yard and is in a great location. Our kids loved the bedroom upstairs, and overall the house was great for our family of 4. The outdoor shower was great. This house everything you need, we would stay again.
