Positive: The pool but seems like a lot of flies. Should post a sign for kids not to climb on waterfall rocks. Watched kids climbing and jumping off. Not relaxing. Waited for someone to to rack their head open. Can’t fix stupid parents
Negative: Felt like floors could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows were very lumpy.

Positive: We loved all the amenities; hot tub, pool, Pong Pong, pickle Ball, basketball, horseshoes, gym. And it was a decent price! We also loved the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I reserved the wrong kind of room, but we would totally stay here again!
Negative: The only thing we didn't like is that we thought we were reserving a room with a kitchen and seating area like the pictures, but it turned out to be the studio, which is more like a regular hotel room. I think it wasn't clear on the website. We brought stuff to make breakfast but we weren't able to. That's the only reason it didn't meet my expectations. Also, the bed was pretty comfortable, but we didn't love the pillows.

Negative: The staff was a little rude. We entered the pool and had beverages. Where we entered there was no posted sign that we couldn’t. We went to sit down and rather than kindly letting us know the man watching the area was incredibly rude and said we were causing a problem for him. We immediately said no problem and left so the attitude was completely unnecessary. Also we booked thinking this was a resort hotel but it’s a time share place I think. This meant no cleaning the room and replacing things like toilet paper.

Negative: The bathrooms need to have magnifying makeup mirrors for older ladies because the counters are huge and there should be a floor length mirror somewhere in the room.

Positive: The room, including the balcony with chairs and a table, was exceptional. The golf course was the view from the balcony. The ac worked very well, the room and bed were clean and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Not a hint of cigarette smoke in the air or overpowering air freshener to mask a smoky room. The bed was great with an extra warm blanket if it feels too cool. The gas grill was being used by other customers, the pool, tennis court and playground were very well maintained. Everyone seemed very pleasant including the staff.

Summary: Amazing, and am planning another stay to include family members.

Positive: loved having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the room, made it very convenient. bathroom was huge and nice. large room. pool and amenities were very nice. Staff was amazing, particularly Jamar.
Negative: could have been cleaner, found hair in a few places
