Positive: Had a mini-fridge, toaster and Microwave in the room as well as the expected kettle and cutlery, plates and bowls to go with them. Bed was very comfortable, Room was clean and spacious as was the shower, no bashing my elbows on the sides. There was an electric fan provided in the room which was appreciated.

Negative: The road outside was quite busy although it did quieten down by the time I wanted to sleep. The shower unit was a little old and took a while to come up to heat, but the shower cubicle was large enough there was enough room to avoid the cold water.

Summary: Did I mention there was a fridge?

Positive: It was a great place to stay for a night on my trip south. I am sure that it would be perfect for a longer visit too. The room had all the the key things you want. Comfortable bed, Tea and Coffee facilities, TV, shower etc. What else can I say.

Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Summary: One of the very good places that I have stayed in th UK.

Negative: Mattress a little soft for me. Full.length mirror opposite bed definite no no. Common parts could do with an updated re-decoration.

Positive: Lovely clean room, comfy bed, good facilities (toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery) great location able to walk a lot of places! And Paul was absolutely lovely! Advised on places to go and nothing was too much for him.

Negative: Only criticism was the shower- poor water pressure and needed a new shower head.
