- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Summary: The home itself handled our large family! Beds were all very comfortable and towels were high quality. The ice maker was not functioning. The pool was not clear upon our arrival and much debre on the pool area. The pool table had only on cue that was functional. Our family sang outside in the evening around 9pm and we were told by management to go inside with other neighbors playing music outside! Would we go again? Yes, we would as it fit the size of our family and there was enough to keep the grandchildren happy!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the place was beautiful. There were lots amenities and we all had a great time. We were missing a few items and the management team dropped off a ton of brand new items the next day after notifying them. We had a small bee issue and they had the exterminator out the next day. Great service and we'd definitely go back.
