The sun terrace provides a private outside space, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.
You can cool down with a dip in the plunge pool. The terrace also has a dining area and BBQ. Watch stunning Caribbean sunsets from the hammock and immerse yourself into the typically relaxed Bajan lifestyle. I’ve got an authentic Bajan rum punch recipe which is delicious - just ask me!
THE SPACE:
A light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Direct access to the sun terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge has a large sofa which can convert to a bed if required. TV & CD Player. Ceiling fans and wifi throughout.
Bedrooms are typically Bajun with beautiful vaulted ceilings. En suite bathrooms and air conditioning compliment both bedrooms.

I have an excellent local manager who is available to assist you during your stay. Lisa is super friendly and very knowledgeable, if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find out for you!

Summary: This place surpassed all expectations. The view, especially at sunset is what you want it to be. Having the plunge pool makes it perfect for kids to be entertained while we parents chill out in between exploring. Very clean, especially with Donna coming twice during our stay. More than enough towels and having washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light. Everything went so smoothly that we literally showed up, had our local host welcome us and walk us through the property and just spent the entire time enjoying our Barbados vacation. The pics don't do it justice. Both rooms are very nice, spacious, have clean en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of closet and drawer/shelf space to keeps things out of the way. Not a single thing I would change about this place.

Summary: We had planned to stay for 3 weeks but unfortunately we had to leave early because of a bereavement. Crystal the property manager was fantastic and extremely helpful especially during our short stay. She sorted out a couple of minor things very quickly. She also sorted out all our booking cancellations when we had to return at short notice to the U.K. Donna was also great - the property was spic and span. The owner was also very helpful when we had to contact him after our return. Thank you everyone. The views from the terrace were lovely and the property was spacious. The walk back from the main road was up quite a steep hill which when it rained - as it did spectacularly - it turned into a river! You definitely need a car, we didn’t have one. Our only issue with the property’s location. We’ll certainly be back to beautiful Barbados when we can.

Summary: The rental is as represented on the website. The rental agent was most helpful with a couple of small matters. The housekeeper, Donna, kept things immaculate during our stay. All in all, quite a nice experience.

Summary: The property is as described and very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Special thanks go to Donna, the housekeeper, who was very friendly and helpful and made a big effort to ensure we had a great holiday. Disappointingly the pool filter stopped working and the water became dirty but was rectified quickly.

Summary: Very nice stay with views that were fantastic.Crystal was great she very helpful and responsive when ours questions. Also, Donna the house keeper came in and cleaned up during our stay. She was very nice and her husband actually trimmed up a huge tree that opened up the view even more than it had already. Overall it was great stay.

Summary: Or course it's a beautiful island, but it's the friendliness of the people that makes it extra special. The villa was very comfortable, with heat pumps in each bedroom to keep the temps cool.

Summary: Easy booking with good communication. Location is tranquil with excellent sea views as the property is on the ridge overlooking Lower Carlton. A relatively short walk to the beach. Last 100yds on return is a little steep, but perfectly doable if you don’t have mobility issues. Locals were all vey friendly. We loved our time there.

Summary: What a brilliant time we had here. right from when i booked, Gerald has been amazing and accommodating, we should have been staying here last year but Covid changed that for us, however, Gerald was really understanding and allowed us to move our stay to this year, no questions asked. The location is fab, and while it is a bit of an uphill walk to get back to the house, its only a 10 min walk to the beach and the main rd where you can pick up a bus into town if you don't have a car. The house itself is fantastic, with a really usable terrace and plunge pool. We had Lori as our property manager who was great, she kept in touch regularly to make sure we were ok and came back to me quickly when ever i had a question. Throughout our stay the house was kept spotlessly clean by the wonderful Donna, who is the sweetest woman you could ever meet. Thank you all for making our stay one of our most memorable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place for an amazing holiday
