Positive: This was probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was very spacious with all of the facilities I could've hoped for, it was very well-presented, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Enniskillen.
Negative: There was nothing I 'disliked' per say - the only constructive criticism is that the breakfast chef should be better informed on what is and isn't vegan. On both occasions when I had breakfast, I was given honey, not even noticing on the first occasion until after I had eaten it, which left me feeling quite disgusted at having consumed an animal product for the first time in nearly 9 years. I accept that this was an honest mistake, and in no way detracts from such a wonderful stay. But this is definitely something to bear in mind in the future.
Summary: Exceeded all of my expectations!

Positive: Tried to check in earlier was advised it would be no earlier than 1500. Went the bar around 1140 waited 10 minutes to get served. Ordered two cocktails Was then informed they had to go find a person who could make them I ordered espresso martini and a bramble. Expreso martini was returned to the bar as it was far from drinkable Obviously used the same shaker as as it tasted of the bramble cocktail. Ordered another drink just a beer at the end I was still billed for the cocktail I didn't drink No apology was offered It was Very poor start to the day and disappointed as I'm not one to complain. Ate lunch it was very average. The hotel itself was beautiful Very clean and staff like the cleaning team were lovely. The food doesn't live up to the fantastic hotel This was real shame.

Positive: A short still to the town centre. Very clean. Friendly staff. The lady down at the breakfast service was absolutely lovely.
