3 Bedroom Condo in Ono Island, Gulf Shores
Please note this unit is on the 7th floor. There have been times when the elevator will go out for a few hours at a time. The company is great to come service. But I want to be totally transparent to all my guests, especially if they have someone handicapped, in a wheelchair or other health issues. It is a spacious 1442 square foot beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath unit that sleeps 8 people comfortably. In addition to being located on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, it is an easy walk to dining, shopping, the State Park pier, and family activities.
The wraparound balcony has beautiful views of the Gulf, the pool, and the town to the north. This top-floor unit is directly across from the elevator for quick access to the beach and pool.
This unit has laminate floors throughout. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and all bedrooms have their own mounted 32-inch Smart TV. Two large sofas are in the living area for relaxing after a busy beach day, along with a sitting area with two recliners that look out to ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own full bath (tub/shower combo). The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bath (tub/shower combo) that additionally opens to the hall. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a shower-only (no-tub) bath. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 6 at the table and 3 additional bar seats.
The unit has a washer and dryer.
