Positive: We loved our stay at Whaleshark Beach, the excursions are world class. Majuudee the snorkelling guide, is calm, kind and very knowledgeable. You can snorkel with whalesharks, manta rays, nurse sharks and sting rays, it is incredible! All staff in the hotel are helpful, the chef is amazing - we loved all the food. It's a quiet time to visit at the moment which made the snorkelling even more special. It was a holiday of a lifetime with ocean experiences we'll never forget.

Positive: The staff were amazing!! I was greeted at arrival with a welcome drink and little grass fish necklace which was a cute gesture. They were very helpful with booking excursions and transfers to and from the harbour. Communication was also spot on with ordering my speedboats prior to arrival and departure.

Negative: I don’t have anything negative to say about this property.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, everything was perfect, from the room to the food, but most of all thanks to the incredible staff. The team was always attentive and truly made the experience unforgettable. The room was very clean, and the transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back very soon! It was a real favorite for us.

Positive: Our stay went extremely smoothly in this hotel. The location was great, the room was spacious and very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We appreciated it a lot for cooking some vegan food for us outside the standard Menu. The manager of the hotel was absolutely nice and helpful with all the information - she was always in the front row to help us.

Positive: Lola and her team at the hotel were fantastic. Attentive, friendly, helpful and accomodating to ensure we had the best possible experience. The boat crew led by George were also fantastic and the two excursions we did with them were amazing experiences. Super comfortable boat and very relaxed. George made it clear that there was no guarantee of seeing a Whale Shark but we saw two on the one morning. Next day we swam with Mantas!
