My mother, Yokie Horton, was confined to a wheelchair, so when I had this home built for her, it was created to accommodate her special needs. My mother is with the Lord now, but this beautiful cabin constantly reminds me of her. So, if you have special needs like my mother, or if you just want to spend some time in the mountains in the down-home comfort of a spacious, beautifully appointed home, Yokie's Place will be perfect for you!
This home has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, along with a covered front porch, a covered and screened-in back porch (a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the little stream at the bottom of the hill), propane barbecue grill, central heat and air, wood-burning fireplace, wide screen smart TV in the Living Room and TV's in 3 bedrooms, wireless high-speed internet, and a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter set of bath soap and toilet paper.
