Positive: Very comfortable home in a good location. The deck was spacious but is getting weathered and needs some work. We had access to the Tahoe-Donner Recreation Center (for a fee)/
Negative: 2 of the 4 stove burners were not working, but customer service responded quickly to fix them. Bathrooms need updating

Positive: We stayed here in Feb. The location was amazing. Very close to Tahoe Donner activities, close to downtown Truckee. The open backyard provided us a ton of snow to play in at our convenience. The house was wonderful. Plenty of seating if you happen to be entertaining. Everything we needed for a four night stay! It was also refreshing to not have to go through a long checklist upon checkout!
Negative: The only minor issue was that some of the dishes were not clean. No big deal though, it happens. We just put them back in the dishwasher.
Summary: We loved our stay in this amazing house and definitely want to stay here again!

Negative: Bathrooms are old and microwave is hard to use for needed warmness.

Negative: the heat thermostat = was programed and could not change. The electric stove needed replacing and the oven seemed inconsistant.
