Positive: Cosy clean apartment with comfortable facilities, nice neutral design and great balcony view. You can hear the river from 8th floor quite loudly, so it’s a banger to get away from big city heat and noise.
Negative: Quite far from city center and general Dili meeting points, but overall just great value for the money.

Positive: The building is brand new, and the apartment itself is spotless and freshly decorated. The highlight was definitely the absolutely fantastic view of the mountains and the river. It is a peaceful location; the mountain river creates a pleasant white noise that you can barely hear once you close the windows. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen is fully stocked—it even has a cezve for making morning coffee. The shower control panel looks a bit futuristic, but it is actually very simple and intuitive to use. Communication with the host was excellent. They were highly responsive, quickly answered all my questions, and made arranging my arrival incredibly easy. I had a very late check-in around 2:00 AM, which went flawlessly since they left the key in an outside safe and sent me the password in advance. I am very happy with my experience!
Negative: The property description mentioned that only card payments would be accepted, but upon arrival, it turned out that they only accept cash. It was not a major issue, but it would be helpful for future guests to know this in advance so they can prepare.
