Positive: This is an excellent place for a clean heated room, hot shower, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi. There are 16 units run by David - who was very attentive to any requests or concerns at any time of day or night. We were there on the 2nd day of their season opening... so understandably there were minor kinks with a sink faucet and internet, which David came over and fixed immediately. The satellite TV was supposed to be active in the next day or so - but that never bothered me, since I was not there to watch TV. There was internet service over Wi-Fi. It's close to the entrance to Denali National Park in a secluded location in Healy, just off Hwy 3 Parks Hwy. Don't look for any fancy lobby or conceirge. The owner is caring and lives close by.
