Summary: Upon arrival, It was a chilly spring evening, the only heat were electric space heaters and a pellet stove in the kitchen area. The house was 52 inside. The heat worked fine once it warmed up, i was concerned the stove wasn’t on a hearth or properly vented/discharged outside, the siding and the gutters we’re taking the discharging heat. So there were some concerns there, definitely wouldn’t leave it running if you decided to go out to dinner after driving all day or sleeping. Living space was very comfortable. Location was key. Parking was limited to the side of the road if you have more than one trailer. We had 3, but it worked out, it was a quiet road. I personally didn’t like the ring cameras on the front and back of the house. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and never have i seen cameras. We had one dog and it was never mentioned the animals cannot go upstairs or on beds or you will be charged additional pet fee on top of the original pet fee, it was mentioned in the welcome message the day of arrival. All and all it suited our needs, the home is very clean and comfortable, had all the amenities and some extras, great for families and location is amazing. Enjoy your travels and making memories!

Summary: I rented this home for myself and my two daughters, only for two nights. The short stay didn't allow us much exploration of the immediate area. This rental was easy to access and the owners sent the answer to any question I may have had beforehand. I was impressed by the owners professional demeanor and the quick responses to my messages. This home was comfortable enough, with all that we needed. This is an older three floor home that the owners are clearly renovating and updating. All necessary and important parts of the home are updated and comfortable. The kitchen/ dining space is very large. This is an ideal space for anyone who loves to cook and entertain. This home is large! The backdrop of this home is beautiful, as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately, the front view isn't great from the front porch. This home is in a city so that shouldn't be a surprise. The essential shopping stores are close by. I would recommend this rental for larger groups, as there is so much space. We did enjoy our stay and felt comfortable and safe!
