Negative: Only 1 washing machine and dryer operating at easter weekend and estate was fully booked.

Positive: The beach nearby (walking distance) is beautiful. It wasn't a particularly warm day, but we still had a beach walk. Ironhouse brewery had some EXCELLENT cocktails, and an unexpected little bowl of nuts to snack on was delivered to the table as well. While we didn't use the pool, it looked lovely and we spoke to some people who were in it who said it was warm.

Negative: The rooms are very dated in the context of where it is, and I found it strange that the rooms and facilities are all family orientated, but the only restaurant on site is a brewery. It would have been nice if there were rooms that were more "couple focussed" for a romantic night away, rather than every room being 2 bedrooms.
