Positive: The view, the setting, the units were modern and well equipped, even if some worn and now needs replacing, our upgraded unit had it's own stoop and little braai area, even though not private per say. Just on other side of dune of beach, but hell of a steep dune to climb, makes it a lovely outing to the quiet beach, when we were there in July. We swam there too with beautiful beach. WIFI does not reach upper units.

Negative: Maintenance due, construction on site, pool not usable first because of privacy from construction workers, and 2ndly rain washed top soil into pool because of lack of management by construction crew and no stormwater control, and we chose White shark because of the pool pics unfortunately, so that was a disappointment for us. Little Mosque on site so evening prayer could disturb non-Muslims for a little while, but plus point for Muslims. Very steep hill so good for exercise, but not for challenged, cars can reach level areas at units. Some units adjacent verandas, so could be positive for large groups or families. WIFI doe not reach upper units.
