Summary: The bathroom was very small and the wifi didn’t work inside the room. No phone in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the food was tasty.

Summary: The pool/hot tub area are big, would have been nice to have a table or two in there along with towels. Rooms were nice, restaurant staff was inadequate, ordered food and never received it after waiting 45 minutes.

Summary: No phones in rooms to call for issues with tv or room items, but once we walked all the way down, the staff was amazing. They ran out of washcloths but otherwise it was nice. The shower leaked all over and was super tiny, smaller than cruise ships. The restaurant was a little expensive and breakfast is not included. Pretty area.

Summary: The staff was amazing! We arrived very late and were upgraded without request. The king suite was huge and very clean with a great view of the lake and lift. The desk staff was friendly and professional.
