Summary: We had a lovely 4 night stay in April 2025! The property was a short few paces to the lake w/a beautiful view from inside the home. It was a very quiet time of year with little foot traffic on the pathway next to the house. We gave 5 Stars because of the location, peaceful area, and all the little extras the owner supplied us travelers....the wine, coffee, tea, soaps, extra pillows & blankets for the very comfortable beds! Highly recommend the Milford Sound tour w/Fiordland Tours (picked us up at the house, small group & small boat!) & the Glow Worm your was great! Would stay here again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Te Anau due to the perfect accomodation. The place was calm, ideally located and we had some very nice conversations with Brian and his wife.To be highly recommended!

Summary: Located overlooking the lake, we enjoyed the view and the town. It was a great stay, clean, warm, with the necessities. Owners were very helpful and kind.

Summary: Lovely little place to stay. Very modern, plenty of space to park. Ideal for 2 people, but has two double bedrooms, however the walls are thin so you will certainly get to know who is the snorer of your group. About 70m walk to the beautiful lake, half hour walk to the centre.
