Positive: The location was excellent, near Chinatown and the Central Market and on the free city connector bus line. The building was secure, the apartment wasn’t in a high traffic area ie. near lifts or exits and it was clean.
Negative: Could’ve used some more kitchen equipment, ie a frypan, salad bowl, teapot. But adequate if you just want to make tea/ coffee and reheat a meal. We found a lack of power points and those available behind furniture making them difficult to use. Airflow at night was difficult as open windows allowed city noise to enter (not a fault of the owner) and for us location benefit outweighed the discomfort

Positive: The location is excellent. The market is nearby, Rundle Mall and North Terrace are in easy walking distance. The balcony view of the city is awesome.

Negative: Told to pick up the key from letterbox inside the building but we had to wait for someone to open the door to the building. Shower extract did not work. Told the host but no solution. No welcome pack.

Positive: Great location in the SW of the City opposite park, close to Chinatown and cafes. 14th floor apartment with a beautiful view. Pool was nice, apartment was clean & tidy, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans to cook. Well equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Negative: Felt like this was a new setup or a new housekeeper as things were missing. There was a list that explained extra charges if certain cleaning wasn't done, however, had to go hunting through the laundry cupboards for any cloths, dishwasher only took powder but there were only tablets, there was no dish sponge for washing dishes. Only two towels for a week stay. Said the bins needed to be emptied but no clear instructions on where, needed to contact the host. No tissues. All minor things but don't leave a list of chores to do or you'll be charged, then make it hard to do them. The biggest issue was the apartment facing East towards the rising sun, due to not having any thermal blinds from about 6:00 a.m. became unbearably hot! Not a nice way to be woken on holiday.
Summary: Could have been an amazing stay but a few things missing.
