3 Bedroom House in Nesconset

Open floor plan with beautiful kitchen and living areas. Comfortable bedrooms with fully fenced large yard. Large HD smart TVs. Dedicated working space. Pet friendly! Kick back and relax at this perfectly located family home.
Kitchen: updated with granite counters to allow your inner chef to flow. Basic cooking utensils, salt/pepper/cooking spray, baking dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker (with coffee packs, teabags, creamer and sweetener to get you started).
Dining: off of the kitchen you will find a dining room with a table for six. We also offer additional seating at the bar for two more guests.
Living Room: when you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy family room with a super comfy couch. The living room also offers a flat-screen smart tv to allow you to login to all your favorite streaming services during your stay.
Living Room: off of the kitchen you will find the 2nd larger family room. Kick back and relax in comfy leather reclining chairs. Enjoy the large smart tv surrounded by family and friends.
Upstairs King 1 BR : upstairs you will find the larger bedroom. This bedroom has a king size memory foam bed full furnished with Samsung smart tv. Plenty of natural sunlight with our favorite woozoo fan.
Main Floor 2 BR: off of the large living room, there are two bedrooms. 1 bedroom features a full size bed furnished with smart tv and tons of closet space. 2nd bedroom features 2 memory foam twin beds, vanity and large closet space.
Upstairs Office: Upstairs to the left you will find the office. Two comfortable desks with plenty of space to conquer that conference call on the call.
Bathrooms: our home offers two full bathrooms. One bathroom on each side of the house. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels (10 sets total in the house), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Patio: off the back of the house you will have full access to a fenced in private backyard, dining area and comfy hammock in summer months.
EV Charger: there is an EV charger on the property. If you would like to request use of the EV charger please include in your note for reservation.
Laundry: washer and dryer available in the basement with enough detergent to start off your stay. Ironing board and iron are also accessible in the double twin bedroom closet for your convenience.
Parking: Free, off-street parking in the driveway. The garage will not be accessible unless EV charging is needed.
Guest access
All areas of the main floor and upper-level of the house are open for guests to use. The downstairs backroom are restricted for housekeeping supplies and will remain locked during your stay.
Our home has three (3) exterior security cameras. One is on the S side facing the back gate/behind garage, one is on the E side facing the driveway/street, and one is a doorbell camera. Our goal is to keep the house safe, while also respecting your privacy.
For your stay, we provide a starter kit for essentials and toiletries:
- Five (5) sets of towels/washcloths in each bathroom
- One additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
- Shampoo/conditioner/body wash
- First couple days supply of coffee
- First few loads of dishwasher and clothes washer detergent pods

Summary: The home is modern, beautiful, warm and inviting throughout. We are a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. It was stocked with just about everything we needed. There is a large yard and outside sitting area which we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy. I messaged the host multiple times and he was always quick to answer and very accommodating with my requests. There is so much to see and do in the area but we were very busy with wedding celebrations. Just as a note, a dish cloth/sponge, washcloths or bath hand towels are not provided so I suggest packing those if needed. I purchased two rolls of inexpensive paper towels that we used in the bathrooms. I would return here again without hesitation and thank them for opening up their beautiful home.
