Summary: Property is very nice, quiet, secluded and private. My only complaint is the A/C. It is too small and the house temp would get up to 82 during the day. It would finally start to get comfortable about midnight. To be fair the outdoor temp was 95-100 but the system is just too small for hot weather. Wouldn't rent again during above 80 outdoor temps.

Summary: If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a great place. It is off the beaten path for sure, but you will enjoy the wildlife that drops by for a quick visit. We had ample towels, etc., for our visit. The property was very roomy, and the big screen TV was great. The Master BR could use some black out window coverings for the morning sun that comes thru, and the air conditioner had a tough time keeping it cool during the heat of the day, but in defense of our host, weather cannot be controlled, and we had some very hot temps. All in all a great place to stay!

Summary: *Anything negative I may say in this review is not to reflect negatively on the property or the manager, who was very nice and quick to answer inquiries. Read the whole review* Cons: It took a full day for the air conditioning to kick into gear and start actually cooling. Once it did, we had zero problems. Air filter needed changing, badly Ceiling fan blades dusty. I mentioned my son has a lung disease and the dirty air filter and ceiling fans were putting pollutants into the air. I feel bad for even mentioning it, but it’s a big deal for my son’s health. Bathtub drains extremely slow and the faucet runs slow. Not a deal breaker. Shower pressure is great, but shower head had limescale or something. We didn’t use shower for my son Long gravel road to get to the house Just walking in the yard for 5 minutes resulted in finding ticks crawling on us and red bugs/ gnats/ mosquitoes were terrible. I don’t count this as a fault of the property owners or manager, but maybe spraying pesticides in the yard areas would help. Or one of those electric bug killers. You really can’t help the bugs in the middle of the woods, though. The master bedroom doesn’t have curtains and I’m pretty sure the windows the bed faces are directly West so every morning you get glaring sun in your face unless you were smart like me and brought a face mask, lol. Easily fixed with curtains or a face mask. Pros: Very clean house. We didn’t have a problem with bugs inside or anything like that. Fast WiFi. TVs had all the streaming apps and there’s one in the rooms. The living room tv is so huge it takes up the entire wall space. Washer / dryer / dishwasher Provided dishes and cookware. We could’ve used a large mixing bowl, bigger sheet pans, and a muffin tin, but there’s plenty to make do with. Hot water no matter how many things are running at the same time Pantry space Fancy fridge / freezer combo Large closets. We put my kids bedroll in there, turned on their stars night light and they were good Big deck outside. We had a little inflatable pool set up Watch the wildlife from the window. We saw rabbits, a deer, and a turkey Digital door lock Provided vintage toys. My son LOVED the Hot Wheels take-apart car. He carried it around room to room. Car port shed Comfortable, clean beds Would recommend this place

Summary: We loved our time out at the Buffalo house! It was perfect for my family. It was the first time we were able to have all of my nieces and nephews in one place as we are all from different states! It was plenty of room for all of us! Thank you Lisa for being such a great host! We loved our stay here!
