Positive: First impressions when you open the door beautiful clean and fresh looking studio. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. The patio doors opened out to the beautiful garden, and we woke up to the sound of birds and seagulls in the morning. We loved the studio as it was a few minutes away from the river where you can get a little ferry to cross over and walk into the centre. We loved our stay and recommended the studio to family.

Positive: The apartment is compact but functional. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable and enormous. The location is great within 5min walk to the waterfront where people paddle board and picnic. Also a good base for walking on Hengisbury Head.
Negative: The only improvement would be a sofa but it would be difficult due to lack of space. There are however lots of cushions and pillows to make watching TV from the bed comfortable

Positive: The location is perfect, in a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle. We didn't use our car once whilst we were there, we walked to Hengistbury Head, which is just over a mile across fields and a nature reserve. We took the Wick Ferry, which is a 3 minute walk from the Studio to Christchurch, the ferry takes 1 minute and we took the ferry from Tuckton, 10 minutes away, to Mudeford Beach. Don't be alarmed to see foxes near the property during the day, there are a few around. Roz and Kev are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of great places within easy reach, with buses and trains if you don't have a car.

Positive: Wow what a gem of a find. Lovely accommodation, this host has thought of literally everything & nothing is too much trouble. The bed is so comfortable & the outside area is very welcoming after a long day out it’s so nice to sit outside looking at the lovely garden 🪴 thank you for having us we will be back soon x

Positive: Accommodation was a perfect size for a small break and had everything we needed. Roz and Kevin were so hospitable, they showed us around, made sure we had what we needed, and then left us to it. We didn't even notice they were there. The bed was so comfy, and the area was very quiet, we had an amazing nights sleep. The location was perfect, close to access roads, walking distance to Christchurch and beaches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples or a single person.

Positive: The location was very good and central to where we wanted to be. The owners were very welcoming. The area was very quiet and safe at night. A short walk to the river with some loverly views.
