Summary: Place is currently under some construction still and definitely needs some work as there are multiple leaks whenever it rains. Hot water is inconsistent in showers. Would describe it as rough around the edges overall. However the property is in an amazing location and there’s tons of potential if the necessary repairs are completed.

Summary: There are some renovations that are ongoing, but the place was quite comfortable and we enjoyed the rooftop access. Plenty of sleeping space was great and the location was perfect for walking to nearby bars and restaurants.

Summary: The place was in the middle of a rehab. Seems like people were working on the building in the middle of the night. The upstairs shower leaked through the light fixture and poured water all over the kitchen. The sheets were not washed and had some kind of residue on them. A dirty diaper was found under one of them beds as well, Honestly, pretty disappointed in our stay.

Summary: Overall this was a cool place to stay. The location was great. It’s located on a quiet street in the Wicker Park neighborhood in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and stores and a short ride away from many popular Chicago neighborhoods. The inside of the property was very spacious and plenty of beds & bathrooms for a larger group. The rooftop was a nice addition for a place to hangout. It seemed like the owner was performing some rehab work on the property, but it didn’t really affect our stay in a negative way. One downside was that the property manager was not always great in responding to texts or calls. They were flexible though with our check-in/check-out times which helped out tremendously.

Summary: Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a girls weekend in wicker park. Upon arrival, owners Michael and Angel welcomed us in and ensured everything was clean and in order before they left. The place is open concept with multi-levels and offers lots of potential. With 7 beds available and 3 full baths, booking for a large group is a no brainer. There did seem to be some unfinished home improvements, but this was not a hindrance to us being able to use the space. Overall we had a great time and the owners responded promptly with any and all requests as well as recommending local restaurants. Thank you!
