Positive: Great location, great and supportive ladies at tge reception.
Negative: I was disappointed by following: 1) Extra pay for towel in spa. 2) People in swimsuit going to Finnish sauna. 3) Extra pay (16zl) for taking 2 cups of tee to the room from breakfast which my little kids did not drink at the table.
Summary: All in all pleasant place to stay

Positive: The view is amazing. Beautiful terras and garden. The older staff members were pleasant. The cleaning ladies were fantastic and brought daily local bottled mineral water. Swimming pool was well maintained and the swimming classes are a big success! The mini farm zoo was a nice touch for kids aswell as the hindernis course. The open air court for sports is a big plus with all equipments. The surrounding area is worth it alone. The hotel is very close to the ski lifts. The cities in the vicinity are worth the visit.
Negative: The worst thing were all the kid camps which were being hosted at the hotel, noisey drunk teenagers yelling from balconies and throwing things out. It seemed like there was no control in these visiting camps... The trash from hotel is kept at close range to hotel, with the wind carrying the smell to the balconies. The menu offered in the restaurant is plain and overpriced. The restaurant staff was mostly uninterested with the exception of a few who were very friendly. The Spa treatments are mediocre at best and don't cover what is listed on their offer, three times I didn't receive what I booked and gave up after that. Almost everything at this place had an additional fee attached to it in some way...

Positive: It was a nice pleasant stay not too close to crowdy touristic attractions. Hotel in the forest with good restaurant and service. I liked restaurant with nice terrace. Good food - in the evening a-la carte and in the morning as buffet. Everything tasty, fresh and good variety (for diabetics, vegetarians and other diets as well). Spa and wellness close to the rooms. Supportive and nice service, free parking and balconies in the rooms. There is the wellness area with saunas, solarium and jacuzzi. Somebody could say that not everything is new but it's clean, no any bad smell.
Negative: Not complains but specific. Spa and wellness area is working from 11:00 so you could not use it in the morning. Swimming pool is good for kids but it's 1m deep and not comfortable for taller people. There was empty wellness area but then the group of 10 women and all of them have decided to sit in jacuzzi without any excuses and we had to leave as 10 people in jacuzzi is not too comfortable. It would be good if somebody would rule it as 2 people feels uncomfortable if this area is crowded. I could imagine how it could be if the hotel is full. Could be also a bit noisy in the high season.
Summary: Nice stay close to the nature with the access to SPA and wellness for the not too long stay

Positive: The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. The wellness area is clean and there is a small indoor pool which our children enjoyed a lot. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the a la carte restaurant is available for everyone, which is great considering there are no other restaurants in the area. The playroom for children is a big plus, as well as the playground.
Negative: The room could have been cleaned better and it would be nice if there was a fridge in the room. The menu at the restaurant was a bit weak.

Positive: One of the hardest hotels to assess. For sure located in a beautiful area, in the mountains and close to Slovakian border. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna and spa area, in the moments there is no huge crowd. For sure family friendly hotel. Decent prices.
Negative: The rooms need renovation and there is an issue with cleanliness (I mean it). The standard rooms were rather small and the extra couch was little and looked forced into the room. No direct connection between the pool area and spa/sauna area - both areas were pleasant though. In minus shallow pool - only 1 m deep.
Summary: Good quality vs price relation, but hotel needs renovation
