Negative: Not very clean. Furniture extremely old and uncomfortable. Kitchen dishes , glass etc.. not sufficient, too old. Pans were out of date and not safe to use. There were no coffee cups. Only 2 glasses if you want to drink water everything else was made of plastics. Couches were unusable. Way too old and uncomfortable .

Positive: Location, great views of Skibowl, the village, and the woods, close walk to the pool and into town, the kitchen was well equipped. Also liked parking in a garage - no snow or frost to clear off. Large table for playing games.
Negative: The bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable. Overall the place was clean, but the living room needed to be dusted (badly). To be fair though, there were a lot of nik-naks which makes it difficult to keep up on the dusting. It was difficult to light the stove front left burner and we could smell gas every time we lit it. The front right burner wouldn't light.
Summary: Great mid-week stay with fantastic new snow and cold sunny days.

Positive: This was exceptionally nice property that accommodated our family of 5. Clean and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.
Negative: The dryer took a long time to dry a load of clothes and needed extra time to dry the load of clothing. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Thankfully the night air was cool and we opened the windows. Overhead lights in both bedrooms not working.
