Summary: We absolutely loved this property and it’s location. The owners were friendly and helpful on arrival and the house is a real home from home and extremely well stocked both in terms of the kitchen/store cupboard and also games (table tennis and pool) and music ( loved the CD player and large eclectic CD collection. The valley is stunningly beautiful and so quiet and just a 15 min drive to the village bakery in the valley bottom. For some people this house may not quite be clean enough but we loved the fact it felt loved and lived in and definitely hope to return one day - so many walks and so little time!

Summary: Authentic, spacious house, well situated in the beautiful park du Vercors. Great view: you'll see the wild animals of the park (deer’s, foxes, groundhogs, numerous species of birds of prey etc.) from the house. Nice to start walks or travel a bit further, higher; national park des Ecrins is not too far away. A bit messy, untidy, but you'll find everything you need and more. A car is indispensable for getting fresh bread, groceries etc. (15 minutes’ drive). We really enjoyed ourselves!!
