Positive: Beautiful view and close to the wedding venue that we attended for that weekend at the Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat, breath of fresh air and stunning experience with nature what an amazing view all around.
Negative: Would be nice to grab something from a fast food store close by when returning back to accomodation from the wedding, closest Maccas was about 30mins plus to drive.
Summary: Overall the hotel stay was clean and comfortable.

Positive: Beautifully presented and our room was amazing! Great location in the centre of the village
Negative: Unfortunately the unit below us had a dog which was locked out in the courtyard and it barked and howled for two hours while we were trying to have a quiet cup of tea and read the papers in the morning
Summary: Except for the issue with the dog we absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to friends!

Positive: Great little hotel, beautiful setup and love that they are welcoming to pets. The family room was beautiful
Negative: Terrible housekeeping service-room was clean on arrival but during our stay room was not cleaned at all. We had to ask multiple times for clean linen (towels mainly) and were told they were too busy with checkouts but would try? We insisted on the second day (no service at all first day) because we told them our bins were full and we were in desperate need of clean towels. They came eventually and made the beds on the second day but had made no attempt to actually clean the room at all even though it was clearly dirty with our kids and pets in the same room. For the room rate we paid and the fact it is a hotel daily service of our rooms should be a minimum service provided.
Summary: Nice little family friendly hotel would come again.
