The bungalow has place settings for 8, cooking accessories, pots, pans, dishware. There is a standard coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher.

This cabin is NOT pet friendly. If a pet is noticed during stay or after stay, the guest will be charged the security deposit.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in Greer. Our cabin was simple but very clean. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was easy and fast. It is a small cabin with a small bathroom but everything was clean. Great location.

Summary: This location was prime to be involved in all the activities of Greer Days! The cabin was lovely and overall communication was great with our host. The view out the back was incredible and although we heard a little movement of furniture and talk from upstairs it really wasn’t too noticeable. Very pleasant stay and we look forward to coming back!

Summary: We originally planned a Rocky Point Mx. trip for this weekend as it was my wife’s birthday. With all the tension at the border right now, we stayed local instead. This place was a last minute grab. This is a quaint two bedroom bungalow attached to a larger house. The bungalow was perfect for what we needed.It was very well kept and clean and was great for what we needed. The host was very communicative. It snowed the first night we arrived so that kind of kept us in doors, but we made the best of it. Only issues. Pillows were too big and firm and the fireplace in the living room could stand to have more clear directions. Other than that, it was great.

Summary: Nice place for a family get away - kids and grandkids upstairs and we stayed in our own place downstairs. Explored the rivers behind the cabin - love that it’s within walking distance. Also loved that washer/dryer available, although we didn’t use it. Bed was comfy and the TV was big. The only downside was that you had to take your trash down the street to a large garbage can, rather than use the small one on the premises.

Summary: Great location and the view of the meadow was so beautiful, we saw elk nightly. Downfall was when guests rented the upstairs location it was beyond loud for us down below. We could actually hear their conversations clearly.

Summary: Overall, enjoyed our stay in Greer and this cabin has everything we were needing. We rented the bottom space in this cabin and they're not lying when mentioning that you hear a lot from the upstairs unit if they're are people renting that. All of the exterior photos in this post make the rental seem more secluded than it is and they are all of the spaces with the top unit; they did not include the old truck and waste water fenced area that we got to look at while enjoying the meadow view from the downstairs unit.
