Positive: The house is very well built, it contains all the necessary things that we needed (in the kitchen, bathrooms, towels, etc). It was very clean with beautiful views and cosy beds. Mostly very comfortable and pleasant stay. If we would have to choose again if to book or not, we would book it.
Negative: Even though booking says "taxes included" we were charged extra city tax. There is not mentioned 150 PLN fee for sauna session. We were told only at the end of stay, right before leaving and had to pay 300 PLN in cash. Some managers do not speak english, sometimes it was harder to communicate, also most of instructions (to the sauna, etc) at the apartment are in Polish. The jacuzzi is very close to the other jacuzzi of the other house (few meters), so very little privacy there.
Summary: Overall great stay, but sweet-sour experience with having to pay extra at the end

Positive: everything is perfect except the location. I advise you to stay in it. There is Jaime and swana and outside jacuzzi and all the kuchen toles available

Positive: The value for the money is exceptional. The building seems about 3-4 years old, and the layout is perfect for a larger group. Built on a slope the first floor is at the level of the parkin lot (has space for two cars) and has all the relaxation amenities, the second floor has the living room, kitchen (fully equiped) and the hallway with main entrance. And on the third floor there are three bedrooms. Alll rooms except one bedroom have direct view to the mountains. Two higher levels have also balconies. Do not get distracted by the disctance from the city center - it's easily accessible and the distance means that the whole mountain range is visible (marvelous sunsets are included in the price if the weather permits) instead of some trees or a shadowy slope. Not stated clearly in te description - tha sauna costs 150 zl per use (to be paid in cash upon departure), but the jacuzzi is included in the price and is kept warm 24h/7. Water in it had some smell of chlorine, but that is to be expected unless the tank is emptied daily.
Negative: I would have liked to have the jacuzzi in front of the house - as currently to get from sauna to it one either has to climb the stairs and go through living room or run around the house. Doable but not perfect. On can still view the city skyline from the tub.
Summary: Honestly one of the best locations we've stayed so far in our travels.
