Positive: This hotel resort is definitely among the most interesting I have ever seen, and you can feel that it is constantly being improved and expanded. Its owners clearly have big plans for it, as it is truly fascinating and well thought-out. We stayed in one of the detached villas, which was really beautiful and bright, offering plenty of space, including air conditioning, a kitchenette, and small details such as a quality hairdryer, a clothes-drying rack, an iron, and a coffee maker. A very pleasant feature is that each villa has its own private hot tub, which is certainly one of the main attractions, along with a beautiful view of the Krkonoše Mountains. For meals, you go to the restaurant in the main building, where you will also find a gym, wellness area, and especially a swimming pool — the indoor one is, I would say, very nice. The staff were friendly, and I must give them great praise — I had no issues whatsoever.
Negative: Because this is an accommodation with big ambitions, everything should really be polished, and I have several areas I would definitely recommend addressing. In the villa, there was only one TV, which is not a huge problem, although nowadays it is standard to have at least a smaller TV in one of the bedrooms. And every TV should definitely be equipped with Android TV. If you place a television that only offers Polish channels and no smart functions, including screen sharing from a mobile phone or tablet, it is simply a mistake in this day and age. The drip coffee maker is a great feature, but it would be nice to include at least three filters and some coffee to go with it. The individual villas are, of course, only a few meters apart, so it would be appropriate to add some kind of screen to the hot tub area to create a bit more privacy. The main shortcoming, in my opinion, is in the dining arrangements. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m., which is fine, but the dinner time is set extremely inconveniently — it starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. In similar hotels, even in the Krkonoše region or at this standard in general, dinner should run until 8:00 p.m., or ideally until 9:00 p.m. As it is, many people arrive for dinner after 6:00 p.m., which leads to unnecessary queues, and quite a few guests would prefer to dine later. In the summer months, when the hotel is full, it would be perfectly sufficient to start dinner at 5:00 p.m. and serve it until a later time. The quality of the food was good, but given the price, I would definitely recommend expanding the selection by roughly double, especially for dinner. Three to four main courses plus the same number of side dishes is relatively limited. There was definitely a lack of variety in desserts, which almost never changed. There are also shortcomings in the beverage offering — starting with the small glasses and the complete absence of any juices or lemonades.
Summary: Great resort, but with scope for improvement

Positive: The room was amazing. Very good value for money. Private sauna and hot tub. The room was spacious, very clean and beautiful view. The breakfast, if included in price is nice.
Negative: Hospitality can be very much improved. All the staff was very unpleasant. Ridiculously high deposit, that exceeds the reservation cost and we were not informed in advance. Spa doesnt have half the ammenities advetised. Pool and breakfast was very crowded. It seems like they are building new apartments and hotel rooms, but the common areas stay the same size. The breakfast is very expensive for what it is and the food in general in all the restaurants can be improved.

Positive: The view was really great, the fact that you can use sauna and jacuzzi when you want is also great. The territory is very beautiful. We rented a villa, what we didn’t like was that the kitchen there was very small, it’s not designed for actually cooking. It would be nice if there would be the basic spices like salt and pepper. We had to take a ride to the closest store just to buy it.

Positive: The hotel is new, we stayed at villa, and it was completely new. Sauna and jacuzzi worked well, and it was a pleasure to have it just in villa, for our own use.
Negative: It was difficult to get keys for lockers when we went to the hotel pool. Also we were told that we don’t need to bring anything from the villa, but when we came, we were asked were our bathrobes and towels.
Summary: I highly recommend this place for stay

Positive: View, nice diversity on breakfast, sauna,
Negative: No dishwasher ! Jacuzzi had just basic options, for cold days staying there will be uncomfortable. No basic staffs in the kitchen and in bathroom, like salt or just tea. Because of location our house, we didn’t use a pool. Maybe will be nice to have something closer.
Summary: The view was wonderful, the comfort of facilities was just okay.
