Positive: The property was better than it shows on the photos. We were 12 adults aged 18 - 87 getting together to celebrate a birthday. The property was extremely spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was very well equipped and we had a fabulous time. It was a short walk to the town centre and Peak District walks and a short drive to other areas. We would definitely book again.

Negative: Nothing really, but some of the rooms need a little attention with cracks, cracked tiles, only cosmetic though..

Positive: Stunning home in a fantastic location. Booked for a family getaway 8 adults and 3 children home was large enough that we could all comfortable enjoy time together and apart without feeling on top of each other. Everything was in good working order and kept to a high standard. Overall a lovely home!

Positive: Opened the door and it was exactly like the photos. Very spacious , very clean and very beautiful. Such a large comfortable house with plenty of rooms with super seating areas . great table tennis room that every person in our family group enjoyed. Animal friendly too . Everything we needed in all the rooms especially the kitchen . Really quiet residential area .Thank you so much Jen & Paul for letting us stay in your gorgeous house , returning a left item and the welcome pack. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: the weather ..... shame .....as we could have used the super garden and great outdoor sitting areas
