The main floor has been beautifully updated, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with breathtaking lake views from sunrise to sunset. The spacious living room, complete with a new sofa and welcoming décor, is the perfect place to relax, read, or spend time with loved ones. A new electric fireplace offers the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening or romantic getaway. A sliding door leads directly to the water, offering easy access to the lake and the peaceful surroundings.
Upstairs, you'll find three cozy, well-appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Summary: Property it’s self was amazing, had to be careful with staircase leading down to the property being steep and slippery.

Summary: While the property is nice and actually pretty clean…they have a mouse problem. We were a group of women, 50ish, away for a girls weekend…an escape. So the last thing we wanted was to deal with mice running across the living room while we’re trying to relax and watch a movie. Started first night, no answers to emergency number. I left a message. They came during the day and set sticky traps and never told us. So of course as moms, we thought- imagine walking in with kids and walking in to having two mice squealing in the kitchen. We had to remove it. Then the next day there were more trapped in the living room. Thankfully it was before 5 so someone answered the phone. Next night we walk in from a long day out. I called the number, they said it wasn’t an emergency and suggested we move the squealing mice ( two trapped again) outside. So using the dustpan I scooped them up and out and tried not to think about it again. Then while trying to watch a movie…another one scurries under the couch. Another scoop to outside while the poor thing was still alive and stuck to the trap. I feel we should get a partial refund for not being able to enjoy a relaxing night in the living room during our entire stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Willow Tree Cottage. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Fishing off the dock was a highlight, we caught bass, pike, perch and sunfish. Keuka Lake is so beautiful and this cottage has views that are second to none.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Willow Tree Cottage on Keuka Lake. Our trip could not have been easier or smoother. The property is terrific. It’s right on the water, completely furnished and updated with every conceivable utensil and appliance. It was a great stay in a welcoming, pleasant comfortable home. Many thanks to the Jess and Buck, it was terrific and we hope to return. One word of caution, the 50 steps up and down to the cottage are not for the faint of heart. They are well constructed but very steep. If you have difficulty with stairs this location will not work for you.

Summary: The cottage is small and cozy, but definitely enough room for 6 people. The outdoor space really makes it work. The views of the lake are fantastic. Be aware that the steps from the street feel a bit precarious, and you'll want to make as few trips as possible for your stuff. Also the dock is lovely but a bit wobbly. But the lake is gorgeous and perfect for swimming, so it's totally worth a little wobble!

Summary: The property was very nice and the lake was awesome. We were not given the code to get in the front door and I had to call the property manager’s maintenance person to get give us the code. Halfway through our stay, the code failed, prompting another call to the property manager. It all worked out OK but a hassle nonetheless. The dock was very wobbly and not safe from our perspective.
