Summary: My family stayed in an Ocean Front room recently and loved the resort. The thing that stood out most for us was the staff. Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful with any questions we had, always a smile on their faces and a warm greeting. The room had an incredible view although it could definitely use some updating. The continental breakfast at times was scarce, but other days there was fresh fruit and yogurt options. The full breakfast, lunch and dinner items were quite good.

Summary: Bermuda is stunning! Willowbank was an excellent choice for our first trip! A former Christian retreat with old world charm, loved it! Gorgeous views and two private pink sank beaches!! The staff and all Bermudians were the most friendly that we’ve ever encountered! The Willowbank restaurant prepared the best “local” fried fish on raisin bread sandwich on the island!! Will definitely return next time during lobster season!

Summary: First the pros: very quiet, very clean hotel, two tiny beaches, but beautiful. Food at the restaurant is very good and service at the restaurant is excellent. The cons: it is far from most places and since you cannot rent a car it is quite challenging to find transportation. The hotel would call a taxi and it would take over 30-40 minutes to get it, it is shows at all. Reception does not help on this. Also we did not like the room- it was obviously not used for a long time, it had a funny smell and was very humid. We saw much better rooms so that was only our experience, but it did make a difference. Overall good, but select a room facing the water as those seemed much better.
