This beautiful three bedroom home comes with the luxury of modern conveniences and decor, yet has a charming old world feel about it.
Backing on to the reserve, you can sit at the large timber setting and socialise with friends or just curl up with a glass of wine and a good book and watch the native birds meander around the back yard.
The main bedroom has its own private entrance and patio area. Double wooden doors open to a spacious kitchen and dining area with picture windows looking on to the reserve. The large living area is cosy and warm.
This property sleeps seven with two Queen beds, a set of bunk beds and one single bed. The single bed also has a pull out trundle bed.
Wimbie Beach is only a short stroll away and there is a track through the reserve so that you don't have to cross any roads, a plus for anyone with young children.
From Wimbie Beach Surf beach is an easy walk to the left which is patrolled by Surf Lifesavers in the holiday season. After a swim why not head up over the sand dunes and have an icecream or enjoy local fish and chips. Across the road from Surf beach are the local shops. There is an IGA , bottleshop, Doctor. Chemist and take-away food shops for your convenience.
To the right of Wimbie beach you will head for Smugglers Cove beach. This beach is quite and secluded. If you are more adventureous you can climb up The Ladders at the end of the beach. The Ladders are a natural climb which will take you on and above the cliff. This lovely cliff walk will take you to Lilli Pilli Beach through National Park. Take in the lovely ocean views on track !
On your walks look out for dolphins or see them whilst watching the sunset on the bench on Wimbie Beach headlands. Locals have also seen whales migrating North from Wimbie Beach.
Another local attraction is the family owned Mogo Zoo, which features rare white Lions. Mogo village is just down the road with plenty of Cafes and craft stores to explore. Your family may also like to go gold prospecting at Old Mogo Town and learn about the history.

Each bed has mattress protectors, pillows and doonas. Guests need to bring their own sheets, pillow slips and towels (extra pillows and blankets are provided in the wardrobes).
Alternately you may wish to hire linen and towels etc from Judy at Blissful Bedding will deliver and collect the linen from Wimbie Beach Bliss. She may also make up beds prior to arrival for an additional fee. Blissful Bedding is a local business which has been operating in Bateman's Bay for over six years and has been previously used by our guests and comes highly recommended. We are happy to pass all details on to you directly or we can arrange bedding with Judy on your behalf and add the cost to your overall bill. Please note that Blissful Bedding is a separate entity from Wimbie Beach Bliss.
Please leave the house neat and tidy. The BBQ and wood burning stove must be cleaned and the dishwasher put on for the cleaners prior to your departure .
Wimbie Beach Bliss is normally let over the December /January period from a Saturday to Saturday minimum seven night let. However under special circumstances we may make allowances.
There is no hidden extras in the cost. We do not charge a cleaning fee and allow up to seven guests without any extra charges. Many holiday houses add extra costs when you go to checkout. HomeAway do charge a booking fee.
