Positive: The apartment was lovely, large, high ceilings, bright, warm, comfortable, well equipped and close to everything. A few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants.
Negative: Nothing to dislike, maybe the bed could do with a softer topper but that's down to preferences

Positive: Light, airy and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Fantastic position for central Cheltenham.
Negative: The booking and checkin procedures were a nightmare. We were a party of three with our grown up daughter arriving in advance. Confirmation of the booking was difficult in itself and it took a number of attempts to obtain ‘the contract’ from Pivotal Serviced Apartments. The code for the key box could not be obtained following the recommended online instruction because the online ‘link’ would not recognise my mob number. I ran out of time and my daughter then had to phone the ‘helpline’. The initial response was from a rude and aggressive person who accused US of not following online instructions. Had it not been for the follow up from an extremely helpful lady we would have failed to gain access. Were it not for the stress created by the system we would have given the property a very high rating.
