Positive: Tonia and Demetri were amazing! Tonia supplied us with endless info on the island and what to do. Stunning views from Wind Tales. Great breakfast over looking the ocean. Quite steep alley ways, but madeit interesting. We loved our stay.

Positive: Alexis, Tonia and Dimitris were all wonderful hosts, served a fabulous fresh breakfast every day, helped us with reservations, ferry issues etc and generally made our stay very, very comfortable and relaxing. Wind Tales is a stunning property, on the top of Ano Syros, which was very authentic and beautifully decorated. Our room was unique, built on a rock, and so comfortable. We also loved the resident cat ❤️ Would recommend to anyone who wishes to have a short break in Syros, which is absolutely beautiful.
Negative: Nothing. It was 🙌 for us. If you have mobility issues however, the multiple steps in and out of Ano Syros are quite challenging. We felt like we worked our muscles for sure!

Positive: Without doubt, the caring customer service from Tonia, Dimitri and Alexis and the amazing breakfasts. All Locally sourced ingredients and prepared with love ♥️
Negative: Maybe the location would be a problem for some. But we loved the walks down to Ermoupoli and the taxis/free shuttle bus were fine.
Summary: Fantastic stay with amazing hosts in a slightly quirky, bohemian community. Loved every minute !

Positive: Stunning views, fantastic staff, wonderful breakfast, and a beautiful island with a busy port town and an interesting history. You have an incredible view from historic Ano Syros but you can walk down to Ermoupoli in about 20 minutes and a taxi back up the hill is under €10. If you are planning to stay on Syros, Wind Tales should be your top choice.

Positive: The staff are incredibly helpful. We essentially followed all of their recommendations for where to eat and where to visit and we had the best time. We also thought the breakfasts were delicious!
