Positive: This accomodation was very classy and comfortable. The location was lovely, with both privacy and views across the peaceful countryside. There was a guest sitting room and sunroom which was nice. My room, ‘Peddie’, was spacious and very tastefully furnished. The enormous bed was SO comfortable. Everything was really clean. The bathroom was modern and functioned well, with a large walk in shower. I appreciated the onsite guest car parking. The breakfast was fabulous, with cereals, breads, eggs, yoghurt, juice and delicious fresh berries. Perfect before a day on the road. Thank you.

Positive: Excellent guesthouse in a tranquil setting, very quiet as it is set back from the road. Very welcoming arrival from the owners who made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay. Room was extremely comfortable and well resourced. We returned a little later than planned on the 2nd evening and enjoyed a drink in the bar whilst watching the garden and taking in the views.

Summary: Lovely Guesthouse in a beautiful spot in the Tweed Valley.

Positive: The place was so beautiful. Every attention to detail in the running of the guesthouse had been thought through to perfection. The owners were lovely and welcoming. The room was great and beautifully furnished. There was even freshly painted secure storage for our bikes!! Would so want to go back. Great for us cyclists looking for that bit of luxury to unwind in!!!!

Negative: The shower temperature was slightky temperamental
