Positive: It's nice to stay in an old wooden house. It's walkable distance to the city centre, although to the beach it's already more than 30 minutes.

Negative: On hot day rooms without AC are too hot to have a comfortable night. Just remark - reception is open only short hours. It's necessary to mention exactly when you arrive. It will be nice to have more tourist info in reception.
