Positive: Our room was very nice, clean and refurbished with a very large 4-poster King bed which was so very comfortable. There was air conditioning and an option to open the window for the night's fresh air. We would definitely ask for that room again!
Negative: There is no breakfast offered at this B&B. The shower was clean but there was no place to put your soap and facecloth, other than on a chair outside the shower curtain. For an old building, it was okay but the entrance certainly needs updating if you want to impress clients. It was clean but I would suggest that doors to rooms be closed if the inside looks messy and in disarray.
Summary: Great for a good night's sleep at a reasonable cost, and situated in a very good location.

Positive: very close to a nice beach, close to Owen Sound and Sauble Beach. Clean and quiet.
