Negative: Under ground parking not good for high vehicles, as my roof racks scraped every time on entry & exit. No Damage

Negative: Bathroom too small. Hard to get into shower past toilet and washing machine. TV difficult to turn on. Maybe remote control problem. Bed very hard. No drinking glasses and short of teaspoons.

Positive: check in process was easy as i was late check in. Carpark underground and good.

Negative: Bed was uncomfortable and had stains on the blanket. the couch and tv setup is angled and hard to watch tv. The TV remote doesnt work properly and the toilet has slow leak. no fan in the bathrooom so dryer steams up. Major building construction next door with tower crane etc starts banging at 6:30am every morning.

Summary: Good value for money, but bed bad and construction next door wake me up at 6:30am everyday.

Positive: Great location we felt it might need going through kitchen as only 2 glasses no wine glasses no dishes to cook in oven future clients be warned there is a high rise going up next door and will block some of the view of broadwater office was never opened while we were there as bathroom sink was blocked.

Negative: Great place to stay 5 minutes to Runaway Bay and 5 minutes to Harbour town shopping complex write on Broadwater for easy stroll or run restraunts and cafes close by
