Negative: Carpark was painful First in first served. This is an issue if you go out at bought. No parking when u come home. Would have been great to have a designated spot for the unit.

Negative: One guest sat on the outside chair, and it collapsed on her. she is an elderly lady and could not get up out of the chair for over half an hour as she was by herself. The manager of the unit did not once ask if she was ok and if he could do anything for her. She had to go to the medical center as she had bruising and was very sore. The outdoor chair was in bad condition and does need replacing so the other chairs do not break on other guests.
