Summary: A good choice for “affordable” stays in the Hamptons. The place is not “fresh” or chic by any means but it’s very acceptable and half the price of many other accommodations. Over all it’s a good value. Clean, well located and homey.

Summary: Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.
