Summary: Such a cute place, spacious, upgraded, clean room with comfy bed, nice breakfast, walking distance to downtown and the Britt Fest, highly recommend! We will be back!

Summary: Lovely property with very nice rooms in a quiet area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice coffee and light breakfast offerings in the lobby. This is a great spot to stay for area wine tasting.

Summary: Although it wasn’t really their fault, we had a terrible night there (due to lightning storms that left us without power. No one came by to see if we were ok, to drop of a flashlight or anything. The room was especially warm because of the hot weather and my dog had a rough night. Checked out early, hoping for a refund

Summary: Darling property, very great service. We loved our stay here, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The only downside was the bathroom floor was sticky so I wet a washcloth with hot water and wiped the floor and it was completely black when I was done cleaning the floor. I’m sure normally it would be cleaned.

Summary: A small and very nice hotel, very clean and convenient location in the downtown Jacksonville area. My only beef is they have small little pillows, I like large pillows.
