The guest quarters is modern and chic with heated bath floors, soaking tub w/tv, separate rainfall shower, coffee bar, huge walk-in closet, walls of windows and a deck for relaxing with friends.
The two-bedroom cabin is rustic ranch with all pine walls, tin vaulted ceiling, eating bar, dry bar, living area with couch, chair/ottoman, and a round dining table that’s also great for a game of cards.
Both structures have on-demand water heaters, so you never run out of hot water. The buildings are fenced, with an electric entry gate, remote provided for your use. Starlink internet service included.

Summary: This place was really amazing. Clean, well stocked with everything needed for cooking and hanging out. Comfortable furniture, plenty of linens, covered parking. Communication with the host was easy, check-in and all info provided was clear and timely. We really liked having the 2 separate spaces for our group and the outside spaces were great for hanging out and enjoying the views.

Summary: Just outside Johnson City this quaint little property was far enough off the main road to feel like you were in the middle of the country. Property had everything our group could ask for. Deck and firepit were lovely and provided nice backdrop after sun went down. Even during a Texas summer the evenings in the hill country are nice. Guest house provided a really cool bedroom and a great soaking tub which was especially nice for my wife and myself after a couple of days of volunteer bottling at Garrison Brothers distillery about 20 minutes away. Both houses were supplied with everything we needed and owner kept up great communication with us during the process. Would return here in a heartbeat.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful and relaxing home. Far enough away to be in nature but close enough to have day trips to several hill country areas. The host provided everything needed to cook meals, enjoy the views from the porches, and be entertained. If in the area again, I would certainly return. Highly recommend.
