Summary: The parking was tight. I had to ask the check-in guy where our room was located and which door to use, which is usually offered when I'm handed my keys. A quarter of the lights, in the halls, were hanging oddly from the walls and dimmed our out. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. I lived the hard mattress and slept wonderfully, but my fiancé did not sleep well at all. The TV was awesome! A guide and showtime/ max made our evening great! Jetted tub was tiny and in the bathroom and, while the bathroom was huge, fecal smells lingered forever!! Of you're on a budget, this place is great!

Summary: The only issues I had was the strong smell of bleach(I have asthma) and the bed was way too soft. I have a bad back and the bed just made it worse. Other than that all was well.

Summary: It was probably just the room. Ground floors are just concrete floors, not really romantic. But clean, close to the pool and humid tho

Summary: We booked for two nights Friday, Saturday and check out sunday, initially. When we arrived at the hotell, we told the guy at the front desk to extend our nights to three nights. He said, I am taking care of that right away and you are confirmed for three nights, check out is now Monday morning. To our surprised, our room phone ranked at 2:20 pm on sundyay to vacate the room or police will be called to engage us. And truly, police came but they refused to listen to us and we go pushed out . I will not recommend anyone staying at thiis hotel for their customer services are bad.

Summary: The hotel is outdated and needs to be refreshed throughout. The TV was smaller. The furniture was worn particle board. Our refrigerator was frozen up and not working when we arrived, the maintenance guy had to come pick it up and take it outside to thaw, upon return it stayed “cool” inside. I realize that is was during the Schwann’s Cup tournament, but the room was no where near what the quality of a room that costs $160.00 on a Tuesday night should be.
