Summary: The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t good if you want healthy choices. We skipped it the second day.

Summary: First, climate control was no where near unit, so not easy to figure out how to change temp. “Continental Breakfast” was one of the weaker breakfasts I have ever seen. Deal breaker was really when we turned on shower and brown water came out. It ran for a while this way. At check out I mentioned it to front desk and they said they had work done recently and if we just let it run for 2-3 min it would have been fine. We paid $200 for this room and we were told AFTER the fact that we should let water run for 2-3 min?! Unacceptable. No offer to discount or anything. Choose one of the hotels next door.

Summary: I came to this location because of the scenery of the mountains and the stay that I was thinking I was going to receive. When I made this reservation, nothing told me that this property was being renovated and the prices for my stay didn’t suggest that either.Although Jennifer, the front desk associate was very warm in inviting knowledgeable and helpful to me and they do offer a decent continental breakfast every morning. I did request a king room but got a double I asked for a view and got the backyard of a trucking company.It was not worth almost $600 for four nights. There were wires running everywhere. There was paint stains on the carpets. The inside of the elevators looked as if they were in need of major repair and when I checked into my room, although there was new fixtures and bed posts, the refrigerator was old. There was stains from drainage from the refrigerator there was a blue wire running from the closet to behind the television set. There were anchors as well as screws in the closet. I came for a religious event, and I brought back some memorabilia from my first day of that religious event, and when I went the next day to the second day of my religious event and came back the memorabilia that I left on the table on the counter was thrown away very important things that I wanted to keep were no longer housekeeping, took it upon themselves to decide that I didn’t want It. Before warned this property is being RENOVATED.

Summary: I have been in hotels that were renovating, or changing names, and there were no problems. Here, yes, the staff was great and professional, as usual, but the refrigerator in the room did not make anything cold (I honestly thought it was plugged in, but could not tell seeing the various cords, if it was, actually, plugged in. Then, the chair was not in front of the lamp; as someone who loves reading books, having that chair or couch in front of the lamp really does it for me. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Summary: The room was ok, nothing special; some items were noticeably missing from the room, like space for a chair. The hotel was under renovation, so movement around it was impossible. Even though we were expected, the rooms weren’t ready for us as towels & other items had to be asked for. The so-called “continental breakfast” was absolutely lacking and items ran out before the time was up. Wouldn’t stay in that hotel again.
